Stunning Danish 60 Grams (!) Vintage Sterling Silver Twisted Bangle

It’s no secret that I sell mostly gold, but personally I’m ALSO very fond of sterling silver. I love the color, the softness - and the budget friendly aspect of course!! Especially silver bracelets and bangles have my heart. Stacked with gold pieces, they look amazing.
Today’s silver piece is this beautiful and super cool Danish heavy (60 grams!!!) twisted bangle in solid silver through and through. The design taps into a rich Scandinavian tradition in twisted and braided pieces that the Danish Vikings started around year 800 AD. The vikings used this technique and a lot of their amazing jewelry designs.
The bangle is a size 17.6 cm/7 inches in inside circumference and 63x53 mm in diameter (oval). She’s 6x5 mm wide and thick and is made out of two twisted silver threads viking style.
The bangle has marks for silver and maker. She’s in excellent condition with minor age related signs of wear.
