Condition & Measurements

All measurements and weights are approximate. Photos are considered part of the description; please review these. Since items are antique or vintage, what qualifies as “excellent condition” differs from the standards of a brand new, never worn piece of jewelry. If you’d like more photos or clarification, please contact @oldmine_jewelry before purchasing.

Gemstones

Gemstones do not come with certificates or reports unless specifically mentioned. All gemstones are tested and assessed by a certified gemologist, and descriptions are based on this. If you would like an official gemological report, Oldmine can arrange this for an additional fee. Please inquire before purchasing.

Delivery

Worldwide UPS Express shipping to ll countries from Denmark (approx. 1-4 working days). Orders ship within 1-3 working day, with tracking information sent by email.

Oldmine is not responsible for lost packages if shipping details provided by the customer are incorrect, the customer does not contact Oldmine within 30 days of purchase if a package has not arrived, delivery fails due to invalid addresses, or packages are refused or uncollected.

Cancellations

Purchases may be cancelled within 1 hour of checkout (so I don’t ship out the package) by messaging @oldmine_jewelry on Instagram. Refunds will be issued minus a 10% restocking fee.

Returns

Oldmine does not offer exchanges but accepts returns for a refund. Orders under 800 USD are no longer exempt from customs taxes. To ensure smooth delivery, all orders — both under and above 800 USD — will ship with customs duties and taxes pre-paid.

The pre-paid duty (30% of total), shipping fee (55 USD) and the standard 10% relisting fee will be deducted from the refund.

Return process

1. Contact Oldmine within 24 hours of receiving the item to recieve the return address.

2. Return the item within 2 working days.

3. Ship with UPS Express only. Other couriers are not accepted.

4. Fully insure the package (Oldmine is not responsible for loss or damage).

5. Mark customs forms as “returned goods/return.”

Non-returnable items

Custom or personalized orders, resized or altered items, items from the OMJ Fine Jewelry Collection, items on sale, items purchased via layaway/payment plan or any orders where the customer has already cancelled or returned items previously.

Layaway (updated June 26 2026)

Layaway is offered with Partial.ly. A payment is considered missed if not received within 5 days of its due date. If a plan is cancelled, or a payment remains missed for more than 5 days, the plan will be closed and a shop gift code will be issued for the amount paid, minus the down payment and relisting fee of 10%. Items remain the property of Oldmine until the layaway plan is paid in full, and will only be shipped once the final payment has been received.

Privacy Policy

Oldmine is committed to protecting your privacy. We only collect the data required to fulfill your order, such as your name, shipping address, and contact details. This information is used solely to process and dispatch your order, and is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
