Endlessly Wearable Vintage Bracelet 18K Gold 1962 Sweden
With joy and reverence for a truly good bracelet, I’m sharing this mid-century Swedish beauty — an 18K gold x-link bracelet from Köping, crafted in 1962 by goldsmith Bengt Wright.
The x-link is such a satisfying classic — clean, crisp, and endlessly wearable. This one has that perfect soft gleam of old gold and a wonderful feel that rests beautifully on the wrist. It fastens with an integrated box clasp and safety arms for secure wear, which I’ve of course tested with many a shake of the arm (all good!).
It measures 7.85 inches in inside circumference and 5.6 mm wide. Stamped for 18K, year N9 (1962), and BW for Bengt Wright in Köping.
Excellent condition with normal wear. All colored areas are just reflections from the surroundings.
