She’s just as beautiful as the day she was made 104 YEARS AGO by Carl Mattinsson, the Swedish goldsmith.
The ring is 18K solid gold and has full Swedish hallmarks for maker, carat and year (1919!!). She holds 16 small old cut diamonds on approximately 0.50 carats and a midnight blue sapphire on approximately 0.80 carats.
The face of the ring measures 12x10 mm. Band is 1.5 mm wide. The ring is a size 3.5/45 and is sizeable up to a 4 (by your local jeweler).
The condition is excellent with minor signs of age.
