Decadent, HEAVY 32 Grams Antique Watch Chain 18K Gold 1917
This one is a HEFTY example coming in on a staggering weight of 32 grams! The flat anchor links are solid through and through and measure 7 mm in width.
The chain is 10.5 inches/ 26.5 cm long and done in the most radiant 18K good that you can imagine. There’s just something about the look of antique gold… It’s so satisfyingly rich in hue and will outglow any contemporary gold piece.
The chain has full Swedish hallmarks for 1917 on both bolt clasp and dog clip. The bolt clasp took a beat at some point in time (see pic) but this doesn’t take away from his beauty - or his function. He’s well working. So is the dog clip. The chain is in excellent condition with minor signs of age.
The best thing about these watch chains is that you can play with them and style them in endless ways. Only your imagination will set the limit! In the pics I have paired this one with my own watch chain and added some coin pendants. Really I love to play with these chains!
