Extraordinary Rock Crystal Bangle 18K Gold 1949

The bangle is made in 18K solid gold and holds three natural crystal quartz stones (5x5 mm and 15x10 mm). Crystal Quartz is a mineral made of oxygen and silicone atoms. It is part of the trigonal crystal system and has a vitreous luster. As the meaning of the name suggests, crystal Quartz is transparent and clear to white colored. It also goes by the name rock crystal. The meaning of quartz is healing and spiritual growth.

The bangles is 17 cm / 6.65 inches in inside circumference and 2.5-10 mm wide. 2-8 mm thick.

The bangle has full Swedish hallmarks for 1949 and is inscribed for “Maja Svarberg”.

It was made by the renowned goldsmith Heribert Engelbert (active from 1932).

The condition is excellent with zero to minor signs of age.
