Antique Toi et Moi Ring By Holger Fischer 14K Gold 1930s
I’m very pleased to offer this 1930s toi et moi ring by Danish Holger Fischer (active from 1893-1937).
This 14K solid gold lady is just so overly beautiful irl, and I don’t know if actually captured all of her glory on camera.
She holds two natural midnight blue sapphires (0.25 carats in total) and a beautiful sparkly brilliant cut diamond on 0.25 carats. The diamond is set in silver as they did at that time to compliment the color of the diamond.
The diamond is not just an ordinary brilliant cut, it’s one of the early brilliant cuts that had a larger face and more open culet than the modern ones you know from today.
The ring has marks for carat and maker.
The setting is a classic toi et moi but with a very poetic vibe to it. Just super elegantly done by the master, Holger Fischer. The face of the ring is 18x6 mm. The band is 1.5-2mm wide. 3.5 grams.
The ring dates to the late 1930s and was she’s in excellent condition with minor age related wear.
Size 6.5 and sizeable within reason.
