She’s made in 18K solid gold and designed as a ribbon with dark blue enamel inlay of 'MAYO INOCENCIA', a baby blue zodiac symbol for Gemini, and a white fleur de lis lily (symbolizing perfection or light) topped off with a dangling big baby blue emerald cut aquamarine on approximately 9x7.5 mm.
