I’m so, so excited to share this incredible 1980s Baume & Mercier midsize watch, a rare piece of design that instantly stopped me in my tracks when I found her. The sleek midnight blue dial, finished in lacquer with that deep blue sheen, has the most captivating play of light, almost like silk shifting in the wind. I just knew she had to come home with me.
She’s crafted in 18k solid gold through and through and wears her original mechanical movement. I’ve paired her with a new dark blue leather strap from the French brand Prevat, finished with the original buckle (which is gold plated), and I must say, I love the balance of minimalism and glamour.
She measures 27.1 x 33.2 mm and withbthis strap she fits up to a 6.8-inch wrist, bit but if you’d like a different length or look, the buckle can easily be fittes on another strap to suit your style.
She has been tested for precision and function, and she winds, ticks, and charms as she should.
Excellent condition with minor signs of age. All colored areas are just reflections from the surroundings.
